Sandra recently joined Penna from TMP, and she is responsible for our Scottish business.

Responsible for face-to-face client engagement and relationship building, Sandra is the key contact for this framework. Covering Scotland, Sandra works with our clients to understand their recruitment challenges and in collaboration with our subject matter experts, builds bespoke solutions and recommendations. These solutions are borne from extensive knowledge and experience of working with and delivering candidate attraction solutions to the public sector in Scotland. This extends beyond the media buying and planning of the campaign, and through every stage of the candidate journey, giving advice and guidance as to how to ensure the candidates enjoy the best possible experience. For PINs, Sandra works with our Client Service Teams to deliver cost saving advertising templates and efficiencies in processes.

Michelle has over 20 years’ industry experience, at TMP and now Penna. Michelle joined Penna 2 years ago from TMP and having worked on the Scottish Government Framework over a number of years, she has built a strong knowledge and experience of the Scottish marketplace and media titles. Michelle’s role is to give advice and guidance on recruitment campaigns, supporting Sandra in the delivery and execution of the campaigns. Michelle is highly experienced in managing clients’ day to day advertising needs and in optimising often constrained budgets for maximum value and impact.

Georgia joined Penna 2 years ago from TMP and having worked with the Scottish Government and collaborative partners for over 11 years, she has built a strong knowledge and experience of the Scottish marketplace and media titles. In addition to managing a team of Client Delivery Executives, Georgia’s role is to deliver media strategy and solutions based on the clients recruitment challenge, and she has extensive experience in traditional, social, out of home and paid media solutions. Georgia will be supporting Sandra in the delivery and execution of the campaigns.

With over 12 years’ industry experience, having joined Penna from TMP, where she worked on Scottish Government Framework clients, Juanita's proficiency spans various media channels such as social, programmatic, search, print and radio. She excels in managing clients’ day-to-day advertising needs and optimising budgets for maximum value and impact. Juanita drives recruitment advertising and campaign strategies, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. She finds fulfilment in providing tailored recruitment solutions for her clients, thriving on the challenges posed by multifaceted roles and departments.

Harriet has been with Penna for three years, initially within the Public & Legal Notices team. Through her dedication and hard work, she swiftly transitioned to the Recruitment team. Over three years, she's been given the recognition that she deserves for her stellar performance, including a nomination for Employee of the Month. Managing a diverse range of clients across the public sector, she ensures timely advert processing, excellent customer services skills, while also providing research support, campaign management and building stronger client relationships. Her proactive approach and dedication have elevated her in the recruitment field, inspiring others across the team to excel and move forward with their recruitment careers.

Sophie Lever is an accomplished Account Coordinator who has extensive experience in the marketing and advertising industry, particularly in Recruitment Advertising. With a solid background in client service and a flair for communication and administration, Sophie joined Penna 12 months ago, from TMP, where having worked with the Scottish Government Framework clients over a number of years, she developed a thorough knowledge of the Scottish media and candidate marketplace. Well versed in the complexities and challenges the framework users experience, Sophie is a valuable asset to the Scottish Government Framework Client Service Team.

A young professional, Owen has been exceeding in his role as an Account Coordinator for over 2 years at Penna. A key member of the PINs team Owen has built great relationships with all of his clients, as he dedicates his time to meeting their needs and providing an excellent and timely PIN. Owen's collaboration with the team and the wider business was further recognised when he was nominated for the Penna Rising Star of the Year Award in 2022 at our annual Summer Conference.

Hayden has been a key member of the PINs team, over the last 18 months and during his time in post, Hayden has built strong relationships with all of his clients, by delivering a first class service. Hayden has demonstrated his dedication to quality work and was recognised for his collaborative approach when he won the Most Collaborative Team Member of the Year award in 2023 at our annual Summer Conference.

Tayla is a skilled professional with a diverse background in finance operations and recruitment advertising. With over two and a half years experience at Adecco in finance operations, Tayla developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills before transitioning to first the Public & Legal Notices team and then the Recruitment team at Penna. She has excelled as an Account Coordinator for two years, effectively managing client accounts and overseeing recruitment advertising campaign, managing day-to-day transactional advertising, showcasing her exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail. Tayla ensures seamless campaign execution, consistently exceeding client expectations. Tayla's dedication to delivering exceptional results and fostering strong client relationships has earned her praise from both clients and colleagues.
