Scope of contract

This Framework Agreement is for the provision of Recruitment and Public Appointments Advertising and Public Information Notice Adverts, and is for a period of 48 months – effective from 11th July 2024.

Recruitment

This covers providing Scotland-wide coverage and UK-wide coverage for all recruitment requirements. It will also include, for certain senior level, specialist and/or difficult to fill posts, a wider campaign approach that may involve overseas promotion using targeted advertising methods through digital and social media, and overseas print media.

Public Information Notices (PIN)

Services include, but are not limited to, the following PIN advertisements:

  • Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – Omnibus Order
  • Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders
  • Roads Scotland Act Orders
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders
  • Environmental Impact Assessment Notices
  • Environment Assessment Screening Determination Notices
  • Public Meeting Notices
  • Ad-hoc notices relating to road works, road projects, aviation, maritime and rail
