Penna is a full-service agency with 250+ employees who work across recruitment advertising, public information notices advertising, student marketing, media planning and buying employer branding and creative campaigns, all things social and digital, assessment design, candidate sourcing, candidate response management and executive search and interim. In 2016 Penna was acquired by the Adecco Group, joining one of the UK’s largest providers of recruitment services with a national presence and nearly 2000 colleagues - some 54 of whom are based in Scotland. Globally, Adecco is the world’s number one workforce solutions business, operating in over 60 territories.

Penna provides Public Information Notices advertising to numerous councils and public bodies, including one of the UK’s largest advertisers, Department for Transport. We know the legal, reputational and cost impact of errors or discrepancies and have embedded robust mitigation and reporting controls e.g., multiple quality checks, deadline alerts and “no trace of notices” processes. During 2023 we processed 7,586 insertions to the value of £3.7m.
